Our coaching programme is built around a carefully structured syllabus, which includes:
Maximising Ball Touches
To enhance technical development we limit drills that involve your child waiting in line, your child will quickly improve their technique with plenty of time each session with a ball at their feet.
Dribbling & Ball Skills
We are big on improving skill & confidence in 1v1 & small sided game situations.
This means your child is not just dribbling through cones, they are learning how to keep the ball whilst improving their technique and decision making.
Improved Athleticism
We dedicate time every training session to Youth Strength & Conditioning (YSC) training. This means your child will get faster, stronger and more athletic

Youth Strength & Conditioning (YSC) gives your child the edge by helping them move better, run faster and stay injury-free.
Our training builds the key qualities every young footballer needs: speed, strength, power, agility, coordination, endurance, and flexibility, all delivered in a fun, safe, progressive, and age-appropriate way.
