ELEVATE COACHING – TERMS & CONDITIONS
All participants of Elevate Coaching are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Please read the following terms carefully before enrolling in any course.
By confirming a booking, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all participants (both members and non-members) involved in training sessions, matches, and events delivered by Elevate Coaching.
The terms “you” or “your” refer to players, parents, carers, or guardians (whether singular or plural).
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the agreement between you and Elevate Coaching. In addition to this document, any written or verbal information you receive from our coaching or administrative staff may also be incorporated.
We may occasionally update these terms for regulatory, operational, or service-related reasons. Where significant changes are made, we will notify you in advance—normally by email.
These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
MEMBERSHIPS
We offer both monthly memberships and block bookings. Training sessions are organised in blocks that run alongside school terms. All new participants are welcome to attend one complimentary trial class before committing to a block booking.
Monthly Membership Terms

Members can choose between 1 or 2 coaching sessions per week.

Membership fees are charged monthly, based on the date you set up your payment. This date will become your ongoing payment date each month.

Memberships run for 11 months of the year.

All memberships will be automatically paused during August (the summer holiday period). Payments will automatically restart in September.

Members may amend their membership type (e.g, switching from 1 to 2 sessions p/week) or cancel their membership at any time, but 14 days’ written notice is required.

Missed sessions cannot be carried over, credited, or refunded.
PRIVATE TRAINING
Private training must be booked in blocks of four sessions. Free trials do not apply to private or small group lessons.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Sessions cancelled after this point will be charged in full.
PARENT OBSERVATION

Parents/carers may only enter the training space for registration and collection.

A parent/guardian must remain nearby for the full duration of the session.

Parents are asked not to give instructions or coaching while sessions are taking place.
REFUND POLICY
We do not issue refunds on booked sessions unless we cancel a course or training session with less than 24 hours’ notice (see Cancellations).
CANCELLATIONS
Sessions, courses, and venues may change due to weather, scheduling, or numbers.
If a course or session is cancelled, we will offer an alternative session where possible.
Refunds are not given for non-attendance.
In cases of extreme weather, Elevate Coaching may cancel at short notice for safety reasons. A replacement session will be arranged.
Updates will be communicated via email, WhatsApp, or text—please ensure your contact details are current.
Participants must always come suitably dressed for the conditions.
MEDICAL
You are responsible for ensuring participants are fit to take part in activities.
Any relevant medical conditions or required medication must be disclosed before booking.
If medical treatment is needed during a session, and unless written instructions state otherwise, you consent to Elevate Coaching arranging necessary care.
BULLYING & BEHAVIOUR
The safety and wellbeing of all players is our priority.
We reserve the right to remove anyone displaying bullying, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
Fees will not be refunded in such cases.
LIABILITY
Elevate Coaching and its staff are not responsible for:

Loss, injury, or damage to participants or property, unless caused by negligence.

Loss of enjoyment, travel costs, or expenses due to cancellation or rearrangement of sessions.
Any damage caused by participants will be charged to the responsible party.
We are not liable for lost property. Items left behind will be kept for 4 weeks before disposal.
SAFEGUARDING
All children, young people, and vulnerable adults have the right to enjoy sport in a safe and respectful environment.
Everyone must be treated with dignity and protected from harm.
Safeguarding concerns must be reported immediately to the course leader.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
Consent for photography and filming is collected at booking.
Occasionally we will use these images and videos on social media to promote Elevate Coaching.

No photos or videos of your child will be taken without prior consent.
All official photographers hold enhanced DBS checks.
DATA PROTECTION
We retain your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy for registration and communication purposes.
We will not share your data with third parties.
COMPLAINTS
We aim to provide the highest level of service.
If you are unhappy, please raise the issue at the time of the event so it can be resolved quickly.
ABSENCE
If your child cannot attend a session, please let us know as soon as possible via:

OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
We shall not be responsible for any failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
DECLARATION
I acknowledge the risks associated with physical activity and consent to my child’s participation.
I confirm the information on the registration form is accurate and will update Elevate Coaching of any changes (including medical conditions).
I accept that booking fees are non-refundable.
When you join Elevate Coaching you agree to follow all rules, terms, and policies set by Elevate Coaching.
